Why 404? There are several types of errors encountered on the internet, the most famous being a 404. However, it is possible to access other errors in a site. At skarrbag.com, if you access somewhere that is genuinely a bad link, you will typically receive this error. However, if you click a link that was moved, or removed, you may get another error, an error 301. Generally errors in the 400 number are 'client error' notices, while 300 numbers are 'redirection' notices. 500 numbers are 'server errors', while 100 and 200 are notices your browser receives every time a page loads correctly. |
